I’ve been living at Lakeshore at East Mill for a year now and I love this place, we are only 5 minutes away from two malls, restaurants, stores, etc., the new administration is right on with all my needs, the maintenance techs are friendly and very helpful, I only have had one issue since I moved in and it was taken care of right away, the grounds are kept up, and since the pool was reopen it’s been kept nice and clean

I just relocated from Sto. Domingo to Orlando I went to visit an apartment complex near all shopping areas, very convenient and easy access to everything. Beautiful community not only the apartments are gorgeous renovated with stainless steel appliances, but walls are grey painted not like other apartments walls are white painted. Staff at the office very friendly and courteous. Love it!
