I can honestly say from previous apartments I’ve lived at I have never been treated with such respect & consideration. Very clean and family friendly environment. Definitely handles everything fast and efficiently. Have no complaints whatsoever.

I’ve been living at Lakeshore at East Mill for a year now and I love this place, we are only 5 minutes away from two malls, restaurants, stores, etc, the new administration is right on with all my needs, the maintenance techs are friendly and very helpful, I only have had one issue since I moved in and it was taken care of right away, the grounds are kept up, and since the pool was reopen it’s been kept nice and clean

I just relocated from Sto. Domingo to Orlando I went to visit an apartment complex near all shooping areas , very convenient and easy access to everything. Beautiful community not only the apartments are gourgeous renovated with stainless steel appliances but walls are grey painted not like other apartments walls are white painted . Staff at the office very friendly and courteous. Love it!

Such a lovely management. Every email has been answered within a few seconds and the management is very responsible. As I was interested in looking at the apartments, I felt as is this place was already was already my home. The management is sure to make you feel welcome. Definitely a place I would consider to reside at.

If I could give this place negative starts I would. Let’s start with the fact that I was delayed to move in because my apartment was being worked on and “renovated” the kitchen cabinets were painted over and lop sided, the caulking was never one in the kitchen or bathroom, water bubbles in the ceiling. They shut the water off for like 2 hours then send a text or no text at all. There is a shoot out almost every other day, so when they safe they are LYING! Not safe at all. The gates in this “gated community” haven’t been operational in years, maintenance is a joke! The security guy that was patrolling the neighborhood got replaced because he was caught looking into peoples cars and trying to open the doors but that’s okay because they are here to “protect us”. Roaches are horrible and they are only fumigating apartments after they are vacant. My apartment was broken into before me moving in and do you think they replaced the door and molding? No. And on top of that New staff in the office is rude

I moved here January of 2019 and I can say at first I didn’t like it because I was giving an apartment with problems that they said they would fixed but never did but now that we got new property owner back in December and new people in are leasing office it’s been great, Especially since when I told them about all the things that needed to be fixed they were on top of it right away and got it all fixed in less then a week. plus they been improving the property as well so I’m excited to see what’s to come.

I recently moved in and so far I have only two complaints. The apartment is great, the community is quiet and the office staff are very nice and hardworking. The only issue is the dumpster area is not maintained, and work orders can delay. But besides that my experience so far has been nice.

I moved into these properly since i had an emergency and needed to get an apartment asap and they approved me the same day The ex property manager was amazing she knew her stuff in and out and will help you out in no time the new one is ok too When i came here i had issues with stove and refrigerator and they change it immediately and if you need emergency maintenance they WILL COME ! NO ROACHES !! the best the bestttt apt that i been i spray when i first came in as a precaution and in almost a year i seen like 2 and they were already dead The property is remodeling and the staff really care about residents and understand if you have any issues

I came from the virgin Island and I'm writing this with tears in my eyes and I'm 17 making 18 soon. The apartment is quiet, there's no noise gunshot or whatever sort of bad behavior that you may know. there's a security guard every night who's guarding the Apartment. In addition to that the maintenance crew are nice and always prepare to fix you apt whenever something is not working. I came to visit Orlando and I was living with a friend for 7 months, it was so nice I decided that one of my friends should come and see for herself. shes been there for 5 months, we decided we like the place so we are going to move in into our own apt. but We wasn't qualify because my friend was only in a part time! when I hear we didn't qualify, I said maybe I can work out something with the manager or leasing officers. I started talking to one of the leasing officers and she's really nice, always prepare to help anyone, and always wanna work out something so we can receive the best service. while I was talking to to her, the manager intervene and the way she talks to me was just not best way to talk to someone who would like to rent one of your apartments. I was shocked, her words didn't hurt me but it's the way she talked to me that hurt my feelings and sent me crying back to my friend's apt. I wasn't ready for this nor did I expect her to talk to me in this type of tone. I highly recommend people to rent this apartment but when you need help, go to one of the leasing officers, not the manager. like I said I'm 17 and I wasn't prepare for this. I pray to God that he changed the way she is..."first impression is the last".
